Oma Savings Bank Plc (OmaSp) streamlines its group structure. after-sales serviceRahoitus Oyj will be a joint venture of OmaSp in the future and will be consolidated in Oma Savings Bank Group using the equity method.

After June 29, 2022, Oma Savings Bank Group includes as parent company Oma Savings Bank Plc and as subsidiary property company Lappeenrannan Säästökeskus.
