Franklin Savings Bank Promotes New Leaders

FARMINGTON – Franklin Savings Bank has announced the promotions of three officers; Katie Deming as branch manager in Farmington, Jennifer Merrill as commercial loans manager in Rumford and Seth Noonkester as assistant branch manager in Rangeley.

“We are thrilled to recognize the hard work and accomplishments of these three rising stars,” said Human Resources Director Kelsea Pinkham. “These promotions are well deserved, we look forward to their continued success in their new leadership positions.”

As Branch Manager in Farmington, Katie Deming will continue to provide customers with impeccable service on consignment items while coordinating the ongoing training and development of our customer service team. Katie has been with the bank for 11 years and has a wealth of knowledge about the bank’s deposit products and services. Katie lives in Chesterville with her husband, Marcus.

In Rumford, Jennifer Merrill will begin her role as Head of Commercial Lending, serving commercial clients in the region. Jennifer has worked closely with long-time FSB lender Rich Allen and is eager to provide her own clients with next level service. Businesses in the Rumford/Bethel areas are encouraged to reach out and explore ways that Jennifer, Rich and Franklin Savings Bank can help them achieve their financial goals. Jennifer has been with the bank for over 20 years and resides in Andover with her husband, Rick.

Seth Noonkester took on the role of Deputy Branch Manager at Rangeley after joining the bank in early 2021. Prior to joining the bank, he ran Titcomb Mountain in Farmington. Seth brings a great management style to the bank and quickly learned the ropes from current and long-time local branch manager Leeanna Wilbur. Seth and his partner, Sarita, live in Rangeley.
