IndusInd Bank revises fees on savings bank accounts, find out more here

Fees applicable if the average savings account balance is not maintained

The bank debits two average savings account balances, Monthly and Quarterly

The description Applicable until December 31, 2021 Revised as of January 1, 2022
Non-maintenance of the average monthly balance 5% of the average monthly balance deficit Rs 150 / – + 5% deficit balance
Non-maintenance of the average quarterly balance 10% of the average quarterly balance Rs 100 / – + 10% balance deficit

Going forward, please take note of a few important points mentioned below.

1. If you meet all the conditions of the relationship, you will not have to pay any NMC (Non-Maintenance Charges) on your Zero Balance Regular Savings account. For more information, please see SOC on our website or contact your local IndusInd branch.

2. Under NMC’s redesigned pricing structure, there will be no minimum charge.

3. With regard to product varieties and geography, there has been no change in the maximum loads.

Revised fees on cash deposits

The deposit of cash at a bank branch will be revised as follows:

Applicable until December 31, 2021 Revised as of January 1, 2022
Free limit of Rs 2,00,000 / – or Free limit of Rs. 2,00,000 / – per month or 5 times previous months AMB or
5 times the previous month’s AMB, whichever is greater 5 transactions per month, whichever comes first;
Above the free limits, Rs 2.5 / – per Rs 1000 / – subject to the minimum of Rs 100 / – Above the free limit, Rs. 4 / – per Rs. 1000 / – subject to a minimum of Rs. 100 / –

Before proceeding, please take note of the points mentioned below.

1. The free limits applicable only if the AMB product is maintained will remain in force even after January 1, 2021

2. For accounts equivalent to Basic Savings Bank Deposits (BSBD), the above changes will not apply.

3. The cash deposit fee will remain free for DIVA, Senior Maxima, Maxima, Resident Maxima, Privilege Plus and Max Active if a minimum average balance is maintained; otherwise a cash deposit fee of Rs 4 / – per 1000 would apply.

Also note these points mentioned below before going to the ATM withdrawal:

1. There will be no change to the existing free transaction limitations.

2. Unlimited ATM withdrawals will continue for DIVA, Senior Maxima, Maxima, Resident Maxima, Privilege Plus and Max Active, as long as the required account balance is maintained.
