The total number of shares and votes in Oma Savings Bank Plc (OmaSp or the Company) as of November 30, 2021 is 30,150,188. Following the completion of the share issue paid to Eurajoen Savings Bank, the number of shares and votes of the Company increased by 553,488. The issuance of shares has no impact on the share capital, therefore after the offer, the share capital of the company remains at 24 million euros. .
