As a community-first institution, the North Easton Savings Bank considers it its privilege as well as its mission to invest in the residents of the region. In an effort to support those buying a home, the Bank has developed many unique loan solutions and credit programs. More recently, the Bank proudly announced the addition of a new Down Payment Assistance Program to its range of real estate financing solutions.

For 2022, North Easton Savings Bank has allocated $500,000 to the Down Payment Assistance Program to provide qualified borrowers with up to $25,000 in down payment assistance to purchase a home. Borrowers may also qualify for lender-paid closing costs or a closing cost credit depending on their income levels and correlated credit score.

“From first-time home buyers to those looking to build their dream home, we have custom solutions to meet the needs of nearly any borrower,” said Aileen Zec, executive vice president and chief operation. “Our goal is to partner with anyone in the community who wants to become a homeowner.”

In addition to the new down payment assistance program, the Bank has also introduced several new loan programs tailored to suit borrowers of all income levels. With options for first-time buyers, veterans, frontline workers and those with unique financial circumstances, North Easton Savings Bank offers something to help everyone achieve the dream of homeownership.
